I will establish and keep an ongoing dialogue with the listing agent(s) to ensure you are aware of activity on houses under consideration.

Communication.  I believe that communication is critical throughout the buying process and always makes the buying process more successful and less stressful.  I will work and communicate with you in whichever way works best for you: text, phone, email and/or face-to face.

Connection. Understanding that your time is valuable, I apply my market insights and attention to detail, screening homes that meet your criteria to ensure home visits are time well spent.  My success is based on building long-term relationships with agents, contractors etc. and leveraging those relationships to benefit my clients.

Downsizing Buyers

I regularly work with clients who are interested in downsizing – moving from a large home to a condominium or townhouse.  Here are some things that you need to think about when you are considering the “How, What and Where” of moving from a larger home to a smaller one, and how I can help!

How much space will I need? 

  • This is an important first step to determine what kind of options you should focus on and I have a way of helping clients better assess how much space they should be looking for.

What are the most important things most people find in moving to a smaller living space?

  • What are the key things you don’t want to give up? I have a number of ways of helping clients Identify and prioritize importance.  I have found time and time again by going through this needs assessment up front helps clients save time and effort.

Where are the best areas and where are the best developments/condominiums? 

  • I have helped a number of couples move from large homes to condominiums in the past 5 years and have visited virtually all the major developments in mid-town Toronto. I have a very good perspective on which buildings would be the best fit for Leaside/Davisville Village clients.


First Time Buyers:

Being a first-time home buyer is often exciting and rewarding, but also can be an over whelming. That’s why I purposely take a different approach when I work with First Time buyers. I invest more up front with first time buyers, ensuring they understand each stage of the buying process. You'll find that not all agents specialize in working with First Time Buyers, but I love helping First Time Buyers.

Here’s a list of some of things I think are important to keep in mind as a First Time Buyer. 

As a Buyer’s agent I provide the following services, at no cost to you:

  • Guide you through the entire buying process from beginning to end
  • As a client, you have access to my Buyer Profile System/House Hunting System. I will provide you with regular updates on all available property that match your needs. You will save your feet and come closer to finding the home of your dreams more quickly!
  • Negotiate everything related to the purchase of a condominium, townhome, or detached house on your behalf.
  • Assess, analyze and develop a negotiating strategy to help ensure we come up with the optimal offer.
  • Anticipate problems and rectify any problems that should come up through the process.
  • Recommend and refer you to my trusted network of service providers as required.
